Rhythm and Repetition
This practice is called Rhythm and Repetition, a moderately paced Vinyasa-class focusing on the core and spine, and features well-executed repetitive movements, set to a rhythmic and equal breath called Sama Vritti.
This is a live, 60 minute practice, recorded via an online Zoom class with Battersea Yoga in London. Expect full body awareness, moving with care and precision, with the intent on making this a focussing and meditative experience.
