Morning Wake-Up & Flow

A straight up, energising Vinyasa-based practice, designed for when you’re a bit shorter on time, especially in the morning, but still want to get onto your mat before you start your day.

We’ll get straight into variations of Sun Salutations, progress into a selection of standing postures and then finish up with a few backbends before ending in a brief Savasana.
