Desk Detox

This practice is called Desk Detox, a half hour functional yoga practice for work from home bodies.

Especially lately, many of us have set up our desk in the comfort of our own home. Whilst this way of working can be practical, habits like poor posture and lack of movement can lead to unnecessary tension and stress in the body.

In this practice you can expect a sequence aimed at releasing tension in the neck, creating space in the shoulders and upper back, plus some wrist care exercises. To maintain the health of your spine, you'll strengthen the back of the body and create strength and length on the top compartment of your hip joint.
