YOGA FOR RUNNERS + CYCLISTS

As we hunker down during these strange times, are you using your daily exercise allowance to jog or cycle around the neighbourhood? It’s a great way to keep fit, but often the repetitive motion from these activities can shorten certain muscle groups, making them tighter and less stable. Yoga can improve your running and cycling by releasing tension in overworked areas, creating greater muscle awareness and creating a sense of balance.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a sequence aimed at easing tension in the legs, creating mobility around the hips, engagement of the core and finding freedom in the spine. With breathwork and mindfulness woven throughout, you’ll explore how yoga complements all areas of your life.

Includes access to 3 x online audio mini-classes, perfect for that post-run stretch down.

Open to all levels of yoga experience including beginners.
