Meditation for Fatigue and Tiredness
This practice is called “Meditation for Fatigue and Tiredness”.
If you’re feeling tired or rundown, letting the body and mind move into a state of rest can often be really beneficial for our wellbeing. Treat this practice as an extended Savasana, with the use of props to support the body, and a guided meditation aimed at releasing layers of tension and letting you return to your more natural state.
(All Levels, 20 minutes)
Props: any props you require to get comfortable (bolsters, blanket, pillows)
