As we move into the busy festive period and approach the colder months, we are often faced with a build up of stress in both our minds and bodies, leaving us feeling disconnected and rundown.
Enjoy an extended 2-hour practice designed to uplift, relax and renew. Expect a mindful Vinyasa-based flow to connect with breath and body, moving at a pace that suits your practice. Following this, a gentle practice of restorative poses will give you the opportunity to relax the nervous system and release layers of tension.
With the use of props, guided meditation and breathwork, you'll leave having returned to your more natural state of being, a place that is there but so often hidden by the demands of everyday living.
Open to all levels of yoga experience. All props provided, but please feel free to bring a comfortable pair of socks to keep warm in.
