Overview
After hosting successful retreats for the last two years, myself and Emily Thomson are back for a long-weekend of yoga, meditation, country walks and delicious seasonal food in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, within 2 hours reach from London.
This long-weekend will offer a great opportunity to leave behind the demands of daily life and to reconnect with yourself as we move into the new year.
With daily yoga and meditation plus lots of activities around the local area set within the South Downs National Park, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We’ll also be joined by Ochre Seagrim, who will be cooking delicious, wholesome meals for us. Spaces will be limited to 17. We have implemented a range of measures to ensure the reduction of COVID-19 risk in accordance with government guidelines.

Food
Your food for the weekend will be lovingly cooked by Ochre Seagrim, and you’ll be in for a real treat. Ochre always tries to source and cook with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, that aren’t wrapped in plastic or have travelled thousands of miles. With an influence ultimately inspired by her surroundings, you can expect a selection of wholesome winter dishes that are designed to be enjoyed.
If you’re peckish during the day outside meal times, there will be some light salads and bread to graze on in the kitchen area at The Barn. Some wine will be provided on the table during supper time.
How to get there
By train: The Barn and both accommodation quarters are reachable via a direct train from London Waterloo or Clapham Junction to Winchester in under 2 hours. You can travel for as little as £20 return when booked in advance.
If arriving by train, a 10-15 minute taxi ride shouldn’t be much more than £15.
By car: Driving from London, traffic dependent, will take approximately 90 minutes. Parking will be available at all venues.
Bookings
£150 deposit will reserve your spot, with the balance due 2 months prior to the retreat (by 15 November 2020).
Please note that rooms are priced above and inclusive of accommodation, yoga, meals and some wine for the table during supper. Let us know which room you’d like to take (and anyone you might be sharing a room with) when booking.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 17 people.
