NOW LIVE! On-demand library + new online teaching schedule

Following a move back to my home in Australia and a few months off, I’m excited to launch my new on-demand platform and live-online teaching schedule.

The silver lining of the past 14 months is the chance to remain connected to my students who live all across the world, and even from my home in Brisbane, I'm committed to providing high-quality and educational classes to support your practice.

Regular visitors to my website will see some big changes! As well as a new design, there’s lots of new content, information on how to practice with me and more.

I can't take much credit for the design of it, a big thanks goes to Sarah at BrightFeather Studio for helping me create a vision that is intended to feel like "home" - a place for you to return to time again for inspiration and practices to support your wellbeing.

WHAT’S NEW?

On-Demand Library

My on-demand library has over 30 classes which are hosted directly on my website. You can choose from 5 collections: Full Length, Short on Time, Restful & Restorative, Tutorials & Workshops and Zoom live replays.

I've included tags for each practice, like 'morning', 'vinyasa', 'beginners', dynamic' etc, making it easy for you to choose a practice to suit your needs at any given time.

Registering for a class is simple. All you need to do is create an account with your email address and a chosen password. Use this each time you login and gain access to my practices.

Live Online Schedule

Online live classes have re-commenced!

Given the time difference between Brisbane and the UK/Europe (9 hours!), early evening my time is the most convenient for the majority of people.

My introductory online live class schedule will be:

Thursday's
7.30am (BST) | 4.30pm (AEST)

Every second Sunday
9am (BST) | 6pm (AEST)

Join my global community of practitioners, where you’ll receive live instruction and guidance.

Membership Programme

Whether it’s just dropping-in or a monthly membership, there’s flexible terms to suit all needs.
